PROCUREMENT OF MICROSOFT OFFICE LICENSES
1) The Bureau of Internal Revenue-National Office (BIR-N.O.) through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2025 and 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 100, 800, 000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for P.B. No. 2026-37 (Goods) Re-bidding - Procurement of Microsoft Office Licenses. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BIR-N.O. now invites bids for PB No. 2026-37. Period of delivery shall be within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
