(Additional Requirements)
1) The Bureau of Internal Revenue-National Office (BIR-N.O.) through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (₱ 4, 387, 500.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for P.B. No. 2026-33 (Goods) - Procurement of Toners for Various Lexmark Printers. for CY 2026 (Additional Requirements). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BIR-N.O. now invites bids for PB No. 2026-33. Delivery of goods shall be as follows:
1st Delivery -within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP)
2nd Delivery -on or before October 20, 2026
