INVITATION TO BID FOR
PB No. 2026-24 (Goods) Re-bidding
1) The Bureau of Internal Revenue-National Office (BIR-N.O.) through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Sixty-Four Thousand Pesos (₱ 1, 764, 000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for P.B. No. 2026-24 (Goods) Re-bidding - SFTP/FTPS Cloud Subscription for the Sustainability of eBIRForms and ePayment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BIR-N.O. now invites bids for PB No. 2026-05. Contract Duration shall be from April 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
