1) The Bureau of Internal Revenue-National Office (hereinafter called “Procuring Entity” has received financing (hereinafter called “funds”) from General Appropriations Act FY 2026 (hereinafter called the “Funding Source”) toward the cost of Managed Services for the Operations of BIR Systems (Lot 1 - BIR Electronic Services on Premise). The Procuring Entity intends to apply a portion of the funds in the amount of Thirty-Seven Million Three Hundred Four Thousand One Hundred Pesos (Php 37, 304, 100.00) Only, to eligible payments under the contract for PB No. 2026-03 (Consulting Services) Managed Services for the Operations of BIR Systems (Lot 1 - BIR Electronic Services on Premise). The contract duration shall be from April 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, for which the Bidding Documents are issued.
