P.B. NO. 2024-42(GOODS)

SUBCRIPTION OF WEB CONTENT FILTERING SOLUTION

1. The Bureau of Internal Revenue - National Office (BIR-NO), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Nine Million Two Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Pesos (Php 29, 232, 000.00) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for P.B. No. 2024-42 (GOODS) - Subscription of Web Content Filtering Solution. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BIR-NO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Duration of Contract shall be for One (1) year subscription from issuance of Certificate of Acceptance and Operationability. Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
