MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE

PACKAGE TYPE AIR-CONDITIONING UNITS

AT THE BIR NATIONAL OFFICE COMPOUND

1. The Bureau of Internal Revenue - National Office (BIR-NO), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-Five Pesos & 44/100 (Php 3, 942, 725.44) Only, being the ABC to payments under the contract for P.B. No. 2024-41 (GOODS) - Maintenance Services for the Package Type Air-conditioning Units at the BIR National Office Compound. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BIR-NO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Contract Duration shall be from May 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
