1. The Bureau of Internal Revenue - National Office (BIR-NO), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Four Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Thirty Nine Pesos and 5/100 (Php 6, 468, 039.05) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for P.B. No. 2024-38 (GOODS) - Procurement of Common-Use Office Supplies (Paper Materials and Products) Not Available at (PS-DBM) for CY 2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BIR-NO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery Schedule is as follows:

1st Delivery - within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP)

2nd Delivery - on or before July 15, 2024

3rd Delivery - on or before September 16, 2024

4th Delivery - on or before November 15, 2024
