1. The Bureau of Internal Revenue National Office (BIR-NO), through the FY 2023 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Seven Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Five Pesos (P 13, 746, 465.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the P.B. No. 2023-12 (Consulting Services) - Development of Cloud-Based Electronic Documentary Stamp Tax (eDST) System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The BIR-N.O. now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Consulting Services for Development of Cloud-Based Electronic Documentary Stamp Tax (eDST) System with contract duration which shall be for Twelve (12) months from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
