1) The Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center (BRHMC), through the Hospital Income 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (P5, 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Cold Room for Bicol Newborn Screening Center PB No. 12-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BRHMC now invites bids for Procurement of Cold Room for Bicol Newborn Screening Center. Delivery of the Goods is required sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
