PB-G-2026-06-1175
The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental, through the General Fund CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Sixteen Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (P16, 800, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for this procurement. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each line item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental now invites bids for Framework Agreement for the Procurement of Security Services. Delivery of the Goods is required within the delivery period stated in Section VI Schedule of Requirements in the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
