INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS

ATHLETIC UNIFORMS

1. The Province of Misamis Occidental, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two

Million Three Hundred Forty One Thousand Four Hundred pesos (P2, 341, 400.00) being the ABC to

payments under the contract for the PB-G-2024-03-1060: Supply and Delivery of Various Athletic

Uniforms. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Province of Misamis Occidental thru its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the

above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 3 calendar days. Bidders should

have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract

similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents,

particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
