1) The Provincial Government of Cotabato, through the Annual Budget Approved by the Sanggunian 2026 intends to apply the sum of P 1, 571, 100.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Catering Services to be served during the conduct of various activities of Integrated Provincial Health Office, Amas, Kidapawan City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
