1) The Provincial Government of Cotabato, through the Annual Budget Approved by the Sanggunian 2026 intends to apply the sum of P1, 802, 423.04 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply of Diesel Fuel to be used during the conduct of various activities relative to the implementation of Community-Based Crime Prevention. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
