1) The Provincial Government of Cotabato, through the Annual Budget Approved by the Sanggunian 2026 intends to apply the sum of P2, 135, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Network Attached Storage for Information Communication Technology Section Data Security Backup. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
