INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of T-shirt Printing Services during the conduct of Summer Kids Peace Camp.

(PB-24-291)

1. The Provincial Government of Cotabato, through the Annual Budget Approved by the Sanggunian 2024 intends to apply the sum of P774, 725.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of T-shirt Printing Services during the conduct of Summer Kids Peace Camp. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Cotabato now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 60 days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
