1. The Commission on Higher Education (CHED), through the GAA FY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Philippine Pesos (PhP8, 750, 000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of High-End Laptop Computers and Computer Monitors for the use of CHED Central and Regional Offices, thus:
