CONTRACT NO. PB 2026-045
1) The MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MARIA, ILOCOS SUR through Ordinance No. 22, Series of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Seventy Five & 2/100 Pesos Only (Php 3, 999, 075.02) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Agri-Tourism Multi-Purpose Building-Poblacion Sur (PB 2026-045). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MARIA, ILOCOS SUR now invites bids for New Building. Completion of the Works is required within 110 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
