1) The MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MARIA, ILOCOS SUR through Ordinance No. 23, Series of 2022 intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY THREE AND 34/100 PESOS (P499, 333.34) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for RURAL HEALTH UNIT MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING (First Phase) (PB 2026-038). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MARIA, ILOCOS SUR now invites bids for Shed. Completion of the Works is required within 20 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
