1) The MUNICIPALITY OF STA. MARIA, ILOCOS SUR through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 41, Series of 2025 intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF PROGRAM MATERIALS (ACTIVITY BOOKS) (PB 2026-036). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF STA. MARIA, ILOCOS SUR now invites bids for PURCHASE OF PROGRAM MATERIALS (ACTIVITY BOOKS) (PB 2026-036) Delivery of the Goods is required within fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
