1) The MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MARIA, ILOCOS SUR through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 03-B, Series of 2026 intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY PESOS AND 96/100 (P 999, 830.96) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF CASIPA BRIDGE SIDE DITCH CANAL - CABAROAN (PB 2026-035). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MARIA, ILOCOS SUR now invites bids for Reinforced Open Canal. Completion of the Works is required within 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
