1) The MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MARIA, ILOCOS SUR through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 46, Series of 2024 intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT PESOS AND 16/100 (P 999, 768.16) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONTINUATION OF FARMERS MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING - AMPUAGAN (PB 2026-030). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MARIA, ILOCOS SUR now invites bids for Evacuation Center. Completion of the Works is required within 35 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
