1) The MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MARIA, ILOCOS SUR through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 47, Series of 2024 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND EIGHTY PESOS AND 81/100 (P 4, 999, 080.81) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF RIVER MITIGATING FLOOD CONTROL - MAYNGANAY NORTE (PB 2026-028). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MARIA, ILOCOS SUR now invites bids for steel sheet piles foundation flood control. Completion of the Works is required within 24 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
