1) The MUNICIPALITY OF STA. MARIA, ILOCOS SUR through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 05, Series of 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (P 1, 680, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract PURCHASE, DELIVERY & DISTRIBUTION OF INBRED RICE SEEDS (PB 2026-020). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF STA. MARIA, ILOCOS SUR now invites bids for PURCHASE, DELIVERY & DISTRIBUTION OF INBRED RICE SEEDS (PB 2026-020). Delivery of the Goods is required within Fifteen (15) calendar days.
