1) The MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MARIA, ILOCOS SUR through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 46, Series of 2024 intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND THIRTY-EIGHT PESOS AND 78/100 (P 999, 038.78) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF BLIND DRAINAGE CANAL - BALIW LAUD (PB 2026-015). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MARIA, ILOCOS SUR now invites bids for Reinforced Blind Canal. Completion of the Works is required within 12 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
