PB 2026-001 - CONCRETING/RIPRAPPING OF BRGY. ROADS, GUSING, STA. MARIA, ILOCOS SUR
1. The Brgy. Gusing, Sta. Maria, Ilocos Sur, through the BDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven hundred seventy-three thousand seven hundred forty-seven & 8/100 pesos (Php 773, 747.08) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONCRETING/RIPRAPPING OF BRGY. ROADS with Contract Number PB-2026-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Brgy. Gusing, Sta. Maria, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Forty-five (45) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
