1) The DepEd Cebu City Division, through the FY 2025 General Appropriation Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of One Million Thirty-Two Thousand Pesos (Php 1, 032, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of New Enhanced Nutribun for Additional Feeding Beneficiaries of School-Based Feeding Program for SY 2025-2026 for Schools Division of Cebu City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
