Description : Invitation to Bid for the Supply and Delivery of Library Automation with Book Scanner and Accessories

1. The Southern Leyte State University - Tomas Oppus Campus through the Government of the Philippines

under its Internally Generated Fund intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos only

(₱950, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Supply and Delivery of Library

Automation with Book Scanner and Accessories. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically

rejected at bid opening.

2. The Southern Leyte State University - Tomas Oppus Campus through its Bids & Awards Committee (BAC),

now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the abovementioned project. Bidders

should have completed within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids a contract

which is similar to the Project which is 50% of the ABC for the Project for the bidding for the SUPPLY AND
