The Bureau of Internal Revenue National Office (BIR-NO), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2022 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 10, 800, 000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the P.B. No. 2022-02 (Consulting Services) - Application Enhancement of Accounts Receivable Management System (ARMS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
