1. The Philippine Army, through the General Appropriations Act FY 2026 amounting to SIX MILLION NINE HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (PhP6, 912, 500.00) intends to apply the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABCs) to payments for the contract of Procurement of Batteries of AV-s under Armor Div SBAC (ARMOR) PB-09-2026. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected during the bid opening.
