1. The Philippine Army, through the General Appropriations Act FY 2026 amounting to FORTY-FOUR MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY-ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR PESOS ONLY (PhP44, 871, 784.00) intends to apply the sum of the following amount below corresponding to each lot under Armor Div SBAC (ARMOR) PB-06-2026 for the Procurement of Major AV Assemblies and Replacement Parts for M113 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABCs) to payments for the contract for each lot. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected during the bid opening.
