The city of Västerås is faced with a need to modernize and streamline its administrative processes for payroll processing. Today's working methods are based to a large extent on several different systems and manual routines, which means the risk of errors, duplication of work and lack of overview. Current solutions are not sufficiently integrated or adapted to the demands placed on a modern, data-driven and legally secure management of salary in a large municipal organization. With this procurement, the City wants to ensure a coherent, user-friendly and cloud-based system support that enables automation and increased quality in the delivery to both employees and business. The procurement is in line with Västerås city's work with digitalisation, efficient administration and improved working environment for personnel with administrative responsibilities.
