Payment of Referees and Table Officials (Basketball Tournament)

1. The Municipal Government of Mapandan, Pangasinan, through the General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fourteen Thousand Pesos Only (Php 414, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Payment of Referees and Table Officials (Basketball Tournament) GOODS-MUN-2024-02-007. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Mapandan, Pangasinan, now invites bids for Payment of Referees and Table Officials (Basketball Tournament). Completion of the above-mentioned contract is required within 130 calendar days upon issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
