1 LOT PROVISION OF LABOR FOR THE FELLING/CUTTING, BRANCH TRIMMING, AND HAULING OF SIXTY-SIX (66) MIXED SPECIES OF TREES WITHIN THE PREMISES OF CAUAYAN DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AS IDENTIFIED AND CLEARED BY CENRO-KABANKALAN.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
PAYMENT OF LABOR SHALL BE STRICTLY ON A PER BOARD FOOT BASIS OF ACTUAL WOOD VOLUME PRODUCED.
UNIT COST: PHp.25.00 PER BOARD FOOT.
ACTUAL LOG PRODUCTION: 15, 306 BOARD FEET TECHNICAL & COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS :
ALL EQUIPMENT UTILIZED (CHAINSAW) MUST BE STRICTLY LICENSED AND ACCREDITED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES (DENR).
SERVICE PROVIDER MUST DEPLOY A MINIMUM OF THREE (3) FUNCTIONAL, DENR-REGISTERED CHAINSAWS SIMULTANEOUSLY TO ENSURE RAPID AND EFFICIENT COMPLETION OF SERVICES.
