Tender Details

The city of Riihimäki (hereinafter "customer" or "procurement unit") requests your offer for the paving works and roadway markings in the area of the city of Riihimäki for the year 2026 and, as an option, for the year 2027, as a unit-price total contract in the tender documents In addition, there are sites in the Hausjärvi area. The works will be located in areas controlled by the city/municipality, such as streets, light traffic lanes, sidewalks and market areas, as well as in the yard areas of city properties. Contractor acts as the main contractor and as the main executor as intended by the legislation. Among other things, the main contractor is responsible for work coordination and schedule responsibility. The preliminary contract period is 1 May to 30 November 2026. The contract period comes into effect for both parties with a signature. The procurement includes one (1) option period of one (1) year, the use of which the Customer decides and announces separately before the end of the actual contract period. During the option period, the procurement contract will be applied under the previous terms, sen in accordance with the terms that are valid at the end of the actual contract period. In this procurement, the lowest price is used as the basis for overall economic profitability. The minimum requirements set for quality in the request for tenders only enable comparison at a price.
