OTHER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES THE TOWN OF WOODSTOCK TENDER NO. T26-201 PAVING AND CURBING Sealed tenders marked "The Town of Woodstock Tender No. T26-201 "Paving and Curbing" will be received at the Woodstock Town Hall located at 244 Connell Street, Woodstock, NB until 3:00:00 pm local time, Wednesday July 15th. The Company's name and tender closing date and time shall also be indicated on the envelope. Contractors shall drop off the tenders into the tender box located at the Town Hall. Opening of the Bids will follow immediately after tender closing. A representative from each respective company may be present for the opening of bids. The proposed work includes approximately 4800 square metres of cold milling, placement of granulars, installation of 330 metres of concrete curb and gutter, fine grading and placement of asphalt on various streets within the Town of Woodstock. A Bid Bond or certified cheque in the amount of 10 percent of Bid Price (including HST) must accompany each Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Labour and Materials Payment Bond as specified in the Bid Documents. Contractors responding to this Notice of Tender are advised that official tender documents can only be obtained from the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON).
