Elbert County Board Of Commissioners Is Seeking Sealed Bids For Paving Approximately 12.61 Miles Of Elbert County Roads. For Specifications And More Information Contact Bobby Howell At 706-283-2000 Or Email Bhowell@elbertga.us. The County Will Receive Bids Until 4:00pm On Thursday, March 9, 2023 At Which Time The Bids Will Be Opened. Bids Received After That Date And Time Will Not Be Considered. Bids Must Be Sealed In An Envelope And The Words “a Sealed Bid” Must Appear On The Outside Of The Envelope. Faxed Or E-mailed Bids Cannot Be Accepted. Bids Will Be Awarded On March 13, 2023 At 5:30pm. All Bidders Shall Comply With The Provisions Of The Systematic Alien Verification Of Entitlements (save) Program And The Federal Everify Program. The County Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Bids Not In Conformity With These Instructions, And The County Reserves The Right To Cancel The Bid Opening Or The Anticipated Purchase.
