IA-343Sealed bids will be received by the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship, Division of Soil Conservation and Water Quality (Division), via the Iowa Management of Procurement and Contracts System (IMPACS) electronic procurement system, until 2:00 p.m. local time, on September 8, 2026. The bid opening, which is open to the public, will be held through IMPACS beginning 2:00 p.m. local time, when bids will be read outloud. The bid shall be accompanied by a bid security as set forth in Document B, Instructions to Bidders, in the amount of 10% to the total bid amount.
