The water supply project includes the replacement of two important existing transport and main pipelines, mostly in open ditches. The transport pipeline is being renovated over a section of around 130 meters by installing a pipeline Steel pipe Ø 500 mm into the existing gray cast iron pipe Ø 700 mm, which requires various pits. Paul-Clairmont-Strasse is a private street with permanent access for emergency vehicles from the Zurich City Hospital and The Zurich Protection and Rescue vehicles must be retained.
