The acquisition is the automation and control system of Helen Oy (subscriber) Patola PTB plant. The automation system includes operating automation with centers, control room system, connections and signaling to the remote system, remote operating system and centralizedreporting system. The procurement must include a technically and economically appropriate entity within the procurement limits and all the equipment, licenses, design, documentation and work required by it are included in the acquisition. A new remote use will be built in Patola in HelsinkiThe heating plant including air heat pump, two electric boiler units and a possible future option for a district heating battery. The district heating power of the new plant is approximately 130mW. The air water heat pump (30mW) has automation centers provided by the air water heat pump manufacturer. In the air water heat pump control centerThere is a Siemens S7-410-5h automation with integrated heat pump process automation and safety automation. Each electric boiler (50mW) has its own automation centers provided by the power boiler manufacturer. The power boiler control center has Siemens S7-1500 programmable logic with integratedpower boiler process automation and safety automation. The aircraft heat pump and electric boiler suppliers are responsible for internal operation and programming in their equipment.
