Statement of Work Handicare Patient LiftsMARTINSBURG VA MEDICAL CENTER2237: 613-24-3-034-0181INTRODUCTIONThe purpose of this requirement is to provide full-service maintenance and repair for 175 Handicare Patient Lift C-Series, Models: C1000 and C625, and associated accessories at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. This requirement includes the scheduled maintenance and corrective maintenance according to the manufacturer s recommendations/procedures. The contract shall include all parts, materials, labor, and travel to complete servicing of the Handicare C1000 and C625 patient ceiling lifts. Locations: Martinsburg VA Medical Center, 510 Butler Ave, Martinsburg, WV 25405Winchester VA Clinic, 100 Dawson Drive, Winchester, VA 22602PERIOD OF PERFORMANCEThe base period of performance (POP) for this contract shall begin on July 1, 2024, unless otherwise specified, and shall expire on June 30, 2025.
