Tender Details

On the basis of a business contract, the continuous provision of catering for inpatients and staff of the contracting hospital - including 43/2014.(VIII.19.) EMMI. Decree No. 2 the provision of care specified under number 11 of the Annex - as well as the provision of food during the mealsafe disposal of food waste. The detailed description of the task is contained in the public procurement document [KD].

I.

1. Average number of patients per day:

non-paying patients: 430 people/day - informational data

paying patients (over the daily number of non-paying patients): 13 people/day - informational data

2. Staff lunchdaily average:

150 people/day - informative data

3. Kitchen capacity: 1000 servings/day.

4. The expected ratio of normal (including light mixed meals) and diet meals: 47 - 53 % in relation to the daily patient population of non-paying patients.

5. In relation to the daily patient population of paying patients, nothe winning tenderer must count on dietary catering with regard to the a la carte menu included in the Technical Description.

6. The number of food days to be provided per year by the tenderer (counting non-paying patients and paying patients together): 161, 695 food days/year

7. WinnerThe Bidder may use the Bidder's kitchen and small and large-value equipment provided by the Bidder free of charge during the performance of the task. The successful Bidder is also entitled to cook for the employees in the Bidder's kitchen.
