The award will be made in seven lots. The tendered services are awarded in a single-stage process in accordance with the provisions of the BVergG 2018 that apply to the award of special services Negotiated procedure with prior announcement in the upper threshold area (§§ 7, 151 in conjunction with Annex XVI BVergG 2018) for the award of a framework agreement (according to §§ 153 ff BVergG 2018).
