Pastviny apartment buildings, Týn nad Vltavou The subject of the order is the construction of 2 similar apartment buildings, rectangular floor plan approx. 20 (21) x 15 m, four floors with residential attics, each with 14 apartments, with a hipped roof and balconies. These are traditional buildings materials (concrete belts, ceramic masonry, ŽB ceilings, classic roof with concrete tile covering. The contract also includes the construction of an access road, sidewalks and a parking area for 34 cars, area sewage and storm sewers with retention tanks, water connections, public lighting.
