Type of order: delivery. 3. The subject of the contract There is reactive power compensation - selection, delivery, assembly and launch of devices for compensation for reactive power (induction/capacitive) for selected facilities belonging to PKP S.A.4. Contractors are obliged to reference to the above -mentioned designation in all contacts with the Employer. 5. Each of the contractors can submit only one offer prepared in accordance with the requirements set out in SWZ in electronic form. 6. The contracting authority does not allow partial offers. 7.
