Translink division of the department of transport and main roads (tmr) invites offers for the provision of a technology solution for a passenger transport contract administration and payments (ptcap) solution and associated services.

The scope of this ito includes:

a) licensed software provided as a hosted software solution (software as a service);

b) software development and modification services for delivery of configuration and customisation (if any) using an agile methodology;

c) software support services on an ongoing basis;

d) ict contracting and consultancy services;

e) managed services; and

f) data services.

Any subsequent contract will be on the terms of the government information technology contracting framework (gitc) version 5.03.
