Object of the contract

The contract is for delivery of 20 units. Passenger cars, in accordance with all requirements Zamawiającego.Przedmiot orders is divided into five parts: a) Part 1: 7 passenger cars 5-indigenous middle class or lower middle with closed body type: sedan, hatchback or liftback, CPV code: 34110000-1, b) Part 2: 5 cars osobowych 5-indigenous middle class with closed body type: sedan, hatchback or liftback, CPV code: 34110000-1, c) Part 3: 2 cars 5-local middle class with closed body type station wagon, CPV code: 34110000 -1 d) Part 4: 4 cars 5-local upper class with closed body type sedan or liftback, CPV code: 34110000-1, e) Part 5: 2 cars with closed body type SUV, CPV code: 34113000-2.Zamawiający requires that cars were the year of manufacture 2016, brand new, unused and not repaired, along with the complete equipment for the factory provided this version of the vehicle. Furthermore, cars must be made in accordance with applicable standards, must beOlne among others from defects in design, materials, regulations and legislation and meet the conditions referred to in the Road Traffic Act and regulations wykonawczych.Oferowane vehicles must have a certificate of approval, certificate of conformity (EC) or equivalent document issued by an independent entity entitled to quality control, confirmingthat delivered products meet certain standards or technical specifications, eg .: declaration by the manufacturer / importer of a vehicle, on the basis of which the Purchaser shall be entitled to register the vehicle in Poland.
