During the end of the year period, the center of the municipality of Zaventem and its boroughs is always decorated in an original and atmospheric way. This should make shopping and the catering visit in Zaventem extra attractive. This decoration initially relates to lightingBut this can be further supplemented with decorative materials. No extra temporary trees may be applied. We have to work with the trees that are present on the spot. Based on this specifications, we wish to request the interested companies to submit a proposal howThey would realize this. Working out 1 proposal - no variants are accepted. For the preparation of this proposal, we provide the information below: - an inventory of the locations that must be decorated - an inventory of the available material on thelocations (posts, trees, spans, power points) - The available budget: € 66, 500 (incl. VAT) per year The assignment is awarded from 5 December 2025 to 24 January 2029.
