Tours Métropole Val de Loire wishes to financially promote operations eligible for energy savings certificates (EEC). The buyer has chosen to establish a partnership with another legal entity to obtain financial participation in the exchange of the transfer of the right to claim the EECs in respect of the actions undertaken.
