Vaggeryd municipality is faced with the need for an extensive renovation of the municipal building Skillingehus. In addition to this, measures are required to improve the working environment and optimize the premises in the Fenix 1 school building. The total project cost for these efforts is calculated amount to approximately SEK 250 million. In order to create the greatest possible efficiency and synergy effects, Vaggeryd municipality plans to procure both contracts in a joint project. The work will be carried out within the framework of strategic partnering, there the form of contract turnkey (ABT) forms the basis.
