PARTICIPATION REQUEST: Construction consultant for the Bank of Finland project The Bank of Finland (hereinafter "procurement unit" or "customer") requests participation applications in accordance with the procurement notice published on the Hilma announcement channel and its appendices. At this point the procurement entity only expects applications for participation and only the bidders selected as bidders in the selection of participants will be asked for a bid in a separate request for bids. The RFP and its attachments are only for the information of the candidates here stage. The object of the procurement is a developer consultant for the Bank of Finland's project in accordance with the "Construction Program" in the appendix. Partial bids are not allowed, as the division of the project's critical project team roles to different actors is not the responsibility meaningful from the point of view of sharing or cost-effective due to manageability and possible overlaps of costs. Alternative or parallel offers are not allowed. FRAMEWORK ARRANGEMENT Based on the competition, one will be formed the supplier's framework arrangement and contract. The contract is estimated to be signed at the end of 2026. The contract period is until 31 December 2035, ending earlier if the Customer's projects are completed earlier or they end earlier. The maximum value of the acquisition is 12 million. euro (VAT 0%). It is not a purchase promise, but the maximum value required by the Procurement Act for the arrangement.
